Moo Cow Cookies

This cookie was named in honor of Loretta's dog Annie. Annie loved Moo Cows!
If they drove past a dairy farm, and would yell "Moo Cows, Annie, Moo Cows," Annie would get so excited and bark! After awhile, they did not even have to say anything. Annie would find the moo cows on her own and start barking.
