Made with Oat Bran, rolled Oats and rolled Wheat. This hot breakfast has the best of Oats and Wheat. Put 1/4 cup cereal and 1/2 cup water in an oversize bowl. Microwave for ninety seconds. A quick, hot breakfast. Michael always adds dried cherries and walnuts to his fitness blend (not included) every morning. Our friend Margo sprinkles maple sugar on her fitness blend. It is her favorite hot cereal!
