Seven Grain bread has unbleached flour, whole wheat flour, cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked barley, flax, sunflower seeds, oat bran, millet and a touch of salt. It works well in a bread machine or conventional oven. With all of these grains, it still tastes great, not dry like some breads can be. This is our daily bread!
